EIG Subscriber Story

A letter received from a recent subscriber

Dear Mary,

Thank you for your email and phone call. The service was immensely helpful and I was able to compare many different kinds of opportunities in different regions, past auctions, sold prices, etc… As it was my first project, I had to do a lot of fine tuning.

Success buying post auction

Eventually I decided to focus my search on development land with planning permission in the Home Counties and shortly after, found a lot that interested me, went to auction and bought it post auction for slightly less than the price at which it was available for.

Invaluable research tool

As a research tool, the site is invaluable for a new developer like me, as it allows you to get a good feel for auction market dynamics, especially by looking at unsold lots, or lots being offered for the second or third time at auction. Eventually you understand how the auction market works and can develop a successful strategy, this wouldn’t have been possible without EIG in such a short amount of time.

I look forward to using your services in the future for my next project.
Kind regards,

F. R - Property Developer, Surrey
