David Sandeman gives his comments and experience of how his service used in the auction industry ‘Auction Passport’ allows sellers and their solicitors to upload documents as soon as the auctioneer has accepted the instruction. And this is what Tim and David are trying to push into the private treaty sector, a data room or ‘Pip Vault’ that helps speed up conveyancing, reduce the fall through rate and hopefully help agents win instructions.
